Responsibilities:-

Sales Strategies:

  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and setting sales targets.
  • Implement innovative sales tactics to acquire clients and build partnerships.

Market Analysis:

  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends to the internal team.

Proposal Development:

  • Develop customized proposals and contracts to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Collect feedback to enhance the client experience and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-2 years in business development, sales, or related field; fresh graduates with a zeal for sales and marketing are welcome.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Traits: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with a proactive approach.
