We are in search of a dynamic and motivated Telecaller with 0 to 2 years of experience to be a part of our energetic team, ensuring excellent customer service and boosting our sales growth.

Responsibilities:-

Call Handling:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining and promoting our products/services.
• Receive inbound calls and address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Customer Service:

• Ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Sales Targets:

• Achieve Telecaller agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information in the CRM system.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Share feedback from calls to contribute to customer experience improvements.

Data Management:

• Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different customer scenarios.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling or customer service roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive, patient, and results-driven.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Educational Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing will be a plus.
