Responsibilities:

• Assist in Registration of Clients on various E-commerce Platforms.
• Manage online product listings that are detailed, accurate, and engaging.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to strategize and implement captivating online campaigns.
• Analyze e-commerce metrics, draw actionable insights, and drive continuous performance enhancements.
• Streamline and elevate the online user experience, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Address customer queries with professionalism, always aiming to exceed their expectations.
• Work hand-in-hand with various departments to curate and refine our e-commerce strategies.
• Continually enhance our e-commerce platform’s aesthetics and functionality, keeping user accessibility in mind.
• Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends, ensuring IndusTreeBiz remains at the forefront.

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce executive operations or related fields.
• Proficiency with at least 4 e-commerce platforms, tools, and analytical software.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications 

•  A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
