We are seeking a diligent and proactive Administrative Executive with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to enhancing our office’s efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:-

Office Management:

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the office’s administrative activities.
• Manage appointments, meetings, and the executive team’s schedules.

Communication Handling:

• Respond to phone calls, and emails, and manage correspondences.
• Ensure effective and efficient communication within the office.

Document Management:

• Organize, store, and print company documents as needed.
• Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.

Supplier Coordination:

• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor stock and order office supplies.

Employee Support:

• Assist HR in the recruitment process and employee onboarding.
• Provide support to the team and enhance the working environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-2 years in an administrative Executive role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Technology: Basic knowledge of office software and equipment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues proactively.

Educational Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
