We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of creativity, flair, and professionalism to deliver unique and eye-catching designs that align with our brand vision and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:-

Conceptualize and Create:

•    Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, websites, and social media.
•    Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project scope and objectives.

Design Development:

•    Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software.
•    Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, and develop interactive design.

Brand Identity:

•    Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
•    Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics.

Revisions and Improvements:

•    Amend final designs to clients’ or team’s comments and gain full approval.
•    Make necessary adjustments based on feedback and review.

Stay Updated:

•    Keep up-to-date with the latest software and computer technologies to remain competitive.
•    Engage in continued learning opportunities to hone and extend skills.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional graphic designer experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, canvas) and other design software.
• Creativity: Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
• Attention to Detail: Focus on the nuances of graphics and designs to ensure high quality.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in interpreting and negotiating briefs with clients.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field is preferred, although significant experience and a portfolio of work can substitute for formal qualifications.
