We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist. With 0 to 2 years of experience, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team and fostering a positive working environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Assist in the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with department managers for effective hiring.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting, administering contracts, and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface.
Training & Development:
- Assist in organizing and executing employee training and development initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
HR Administration:
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, and ensure the relevant HR database is up to date.
- Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years in human resources or related field; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Office.
- Character: Ethical, confidential, and professional approach.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Specialist, Business Administration, or related field.
